Database in Unified devlopment environment

Dear team,
 
Previously in LCS we stored the backup file under database and whenever required, we restore the .BACPAC file in DEV environment.
 
PPAC-
 
My query, if we first time setup the Unified devlopment environment then
 
1.Which database we got first by default.
 
2. If I like to restore the UAT database in Unified devlopment environment then what process need to follow...
 
Kindly elaborate me from scratch.
