Not able to access model driven app in Play mode

I have all the necessary permission to access the app but not able to access it.
Getting below error:-

    Hi,
     
    This problem may occur when the network environment is poor.
    It is recommended that you try logging in in privacy mode and clearing your browser's cache and cookies. or logging in with a different browser.

    Alternatively, this post mentions an issue similar to yours, which you can check to help you find a solution.

    It most likely cause by Browser/cache issues or Custom JavaScript or controls breaking startup or It can be occasional platform/UI glitches 
    Quick fix you can try:
    • Open in Incognito / clear cache
    • Try Edge browser
    • Check/remove custom scripts or controls you have implemented very recently.
    • If still failing -> raise Microsoft support ticket
