when i enter the user name and password in business central on-prem 
it need to get the authenticate form Azure AD app 
can anybody suggest is this possible

    Hello,
    Yes, it is possible for Business Central on-prem to authenticate users through Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, but the user should not be entering a normal BC username/password and then “call Azure AD” after that; you configure the BC Server/Web Server authentication type to use Microsoft Entra authentication, then users sign in with their Entra account. In short, you need an Entra app registration, correct Redirect URI to the BC Web Client /SignIn, HTTPS/certificates, set the BC Server/Web Server ClientServicesCredentialType to AccessControlService, configure the Entra app/client/authority settings, and map each BC user to their Entra user using Authentication Email. Also check your BC version: BC 20+ supports OpenID Connect, while old versions used WS-Federation, and WS-Federation is removed from BC 22+.
