Hello everyone,

I have a PowerApps application that retrieves data from D365 Finance and Operations (FO).

Now, I need to access data from an environment in another tenant.

When I use the "Finance & Operations Apps (Dynamics 365)" connector, the environment I want to access does not appear.

However, when I use the environment's URL directly in the browser, I can access it without any issues.

Can anyone guide me on how to retrieve data from an environment that is outside my tenant?

Hi Mohammed,

You can only create flows for Dynamics 365 environments running in your own tenant using the Fin&Ops connector.

You can try to use the Web API connector and add the OData call as URL. Have a look at my blog where I used this connector in a Power Automate process: The F&O Twist on Process Mining - Use a data entity to connect a process - Dynamicspedia
