This is a bit of a tricky error to fix. I find sometimes just deleting the entry/document and recreating it can work but some other things i'd check.
1. Look at the dimension requirements for your G/L Accounts/master data and see if there are mandatory dimensions or restrictions or blocked dimensions included in that entry.
2. Determine if the dimension setup has changed at all in your general ledger setup (i.e. - global dimensions changed). You can always go and perform a dimension correction on any entries in your general ledger if needed in the case you had a blank dimension or incorrect dimension.
It's a pretty hard error to troubleshoot but usually it means there is some allocation inconsistency where you debits and credits aren't balancing.
