(ZPL) "Custom Label" options not showing up

Hello,
 
I have recently made some Custom Labels with Zebra ZPL and were working fine for about a week. They are gone from the Menu now:
 
and the /Label layout data source ID/ dropdown is greyed out blocked.
 
There should be an /Items/ option on the /Label layout data source ID/ and more options in the /Label layout ID/ for /Items/.
 
Zebra printers are networked (printing fine when test print from PC), and the Document Routing Agent is running as a Network Service.
 
What am I missing?

    Have not found solution.  Microsoft has horrible customer service. I'm still doing the labels manually with Zebra app. Zebra does have great and reliable customer service.

    Have you customized this page? Check whether this page has been personalized to hide this button and whether permissions have been set. You can also check the settings and configuration related to label customization in the application.
