Unable to Synchronize Contacts from D365 to Outlook

The mailbox is configured, approved email, tested and enabled. Appointments, Contacts and Tasks set to Server-Side Synchronization,...

But no synchronization is happening and I get these errors:

Appointments, contacts, and tasks for the mailbox XYZ couldn't be synchronized. The owner of the associated email server profile ABC has been notified. The system will try again later.
Email Server Error Code:
Exchange.server returned 0 error.

Not sure what's wrong here or how to fix the synchronization.

The error is due to a malformed sync request to Exchange (UnableToDeserializePostBody). Check for:

Corrupt appointments or tasks in the user’s Outlook

Correct email server profile settings

Re-enable sync for the mailbox

If the issue persists, raise a Microsoft support ticket with the Activity ID.
