Issue with Dynamics 365 live chat widget in Copilot Service admin center

For a split second when clicking on the let's chat button the chat pane's left top corner is visible in place of the button and then the chat pane is fully open. Happens on every minimize/maximize. Is this expected behavior or a known issue?
