Exchange or return payment methods not enabled

I am getting below error while doing the return order in D365 POS. Can someone please help me to resolve this error.

    1. Have you enabled channel refund policy(Retail and Commerce >> Channel setup >> Returns >> Channel return policy) ? Check if the payment methods are properly mapped. 
     
    2. Have you done any applied any extension on the POS or CSU ? Looks like the error message is not standard.
