Sales Insights sequence daily usage flow failing

Hi Community,
 
we are experiencing a weird issue. Suddendly, an email came to my mailbox saying that the flow called 'Sales Insights sequence daily usage flow' is failing. 
We did not created anything like this, so I suspect this flow is created by Microsoft. It is calling One 'Perform unbound action' with

in the body. It is failing with :

"message": "There is no active transaction. This error is usually caused by custom plug-ins that ignore errors from service calls and continue processing."
}
 
Anyone has a clue what this could be ?
I suspect MS Update removed the action in the 'Sequence' solution and forgot about flow or?

    I had this exact issue that also started on 20th Nov and raised a ticket with Microsoft on 4th Dec as this flow doesn't allow customization, therefore we couldn't fix it for ourselves.  MS case ID 2412040050003793
     
    They did some work in the background and this flow has been running error free for me since early morning 6th Dec, I'd like to think that whatever they have done is a global solution rather than for just my instance and looking at the comments so far I think it is.
     
    If they get round to telling me what the underlying fault and their fix was I will update this post.
     
    Update from MS engineering team.

    Symptom: you were experiencing an issue with the "Sales Insights sequence daily usage flow", which was failing since November 19, 2024, with an error code 0x80040251.

    The root problem is an outdated 9.0.0.0 library that was somehow introduced on the backend and now causes failures like the below from har file and Traceerrors

      
    Resolution: Engineering fixed the library in TIP (to a more current one that includes JavaScriptSerializerAdapter again)

    Yes, confirm, issue fixed itself. No errors since 5.12.

    We have an incident open that was assigned to a Sales insight specialist two days ago, but we're seeing the same, the flow started working again yesterday without any changes on our side. No explanation provided yet on what broke or the fix.

    We had the same issue since Nov 21 - Dec 4. Magically, it was fixed today.

    The flow was active again this morning, so MS did some fixing?

    Same issue here, the flow was deactivated this morning by Power Automate, I have searched for a solution but can't find it.

    Same issue, flow was deactivated today automatically  by powerautmate. I don´t know what it will affect.

    I'm adding us as a 'me too'.  Our last success was on 11/20. Got an email today that the flow was disabled because it continues to fail. 
     
    I was guessing that "msdyn_UpdateSequenceDailyUsageMetric" might show up as a table in Power Apps, but it's not there (at least not any more.
     
    There is a "Sales Insights settings" option within the Sales Hub for our Dynamics 365 which we don't have setup I'm guessing it's connected somehow and that since it stopped for multiple of us on the same day that Microsoft pulled the plug on something.  Haven't seen any negative consequences yet so not going to burn any more time on it.

    Experiencing this same issue! and it keeps happening. Getting errors in the connection as well.
