Hi everyone,
We have a client using standard D365 FO with only minor customizations, but with 20+ legal entities.
Our current practice when they request new legal entities is the following:
1 - Refresh UAT from PROD
2 - Create the legal entities in UAT and complete all required configurations
3- Refresh PROD from UAT, then reapply any missing parameters in PROD (for example, print management, etc.)
Is this considered best practice? Are there any risks with this approach? We usually follow it to ensure everything is validated before making changes directly in PROD,..
Are there any alternative approaches or concerns we should be aware of?
