We recently saw a search change on Views for Accounts in Customer Service Hub & Field Service, seen below:
Only some users have had this change, and I see it when I impersonate affected Users. I've tried changing permissions for affected users to that of non-affected ones, but that does not help.
Click on "Settings" in the top ribbon, and then Products > Features
About halfway down the left side you should see an option for Natural Language Grid and View Search
Enable This Feature For: No One
