If I understand correctly, using the Customer Service app would require users to switch between different apps. Our preference is to keep users working within Field Service, where they already handle their daily tasks.
Ideally, we would like to have the same or similar functionality that exists in the Customer Service app—specifically the ability to preview emails directly in the queue—but available within the Field Service app instead.
Is there a way to enable email preview functionality in the Field Service queues so users can work more efficiently without switching applications?
