148To streamline user onboarding and offboarding, I am looking to map Entra ID Security Groups directly to D365 F&O security roles.
What is the recommended approach for establishing this direct link? Specifically, if an Entra ID group is mapped, does F&O dynamically and immediately handle role revocation when a user is removed from the Entra group, or is there a specific synchronization batch job required? Additionally, how do you manage legal entity (company) restrictions when mapping access via Entra ID groups?
