PO Workflow approval emails missing attachments

We have noticed that attachments that are included in a PO workflow are missing from some of the approval emails. The attachments appear in the 1st approval email, and then may appear for the next level of approval but then are missing from the final approver email. This just recently started happening.

PO Workflow approval emails missing attachments

I know this is older but did you ever find a resolution to this? I'm seeing this issue when approving via email and then then next level the attachment is missing. I have a Microsoft support ticket open but so far no answers - this is for GP 18.6.

We are running 18.5.1596 and this issue has just recently started.

Paula, what version of Dynamics GP are you currently using?

I ask because in GP 18.2, 18.3 and 18.4, after introducing Modern Authentication, we had a series of issues with workflow emails, including attachments, which were fixed in the 18.5 version, to the point where we recommend upgrading to 18.5 if having any type of workflow email issues at all.
