How can we set multiple ser regarding for one activity

Hello,

 

I have an account named ABC with over 100 locations. Currently, I need to make 100 calls by reaching out to each location individually. When I create a call activity in CRM, I can only set it regarding a single account. Creating 100+ separate call activities for each location isn’t a practical solution.

 

Could you please advise if there’s a way to associate a single call activity with multiple “regarding” records, so that the activity is linked to all relevant accounts/locations?
