Default email signatures are moved at the very bottom

Default email signatures are moved to the very bottom of the email body when replying to a thread. This issue started in our environment yesterday. When clicking the 'Insert Signature' button, nothing happens.

    We are experiencing the same issue as of this week as well. Will be monitoring for an answer from Microsoft.
