Based on a respondent's answer to Q1 of the main survey I want to direct to 1 of 4 possible chain surveys. Is there a way to direct back the respondent back to the main survey after submitting answers in a chained survey?
No, Customer Voice does not support redirecting a respondent back to the original (main) survey once they submit a chained survey , there is no built‑in return or parent-child linking between chained surveys.
This should be a good idea for Microsoft to take this under consideration for implementation.
I can think of workaround , Instead of chaining separate surveys, use branching rules to show different question paths based on Q1 response.
Customer Voice supports navigating to different questions or sections using branching. Or
You can send the user to 1 of 4 surveys based on their answer in the main survey by power automate, but they cannot come back afterward
