Hello,

It seems to me that there are financial consequences (in addition to the technical disadvantages) if the scheduled renewal date for the BREP is exceeded. Could you tell me exactly what these are?

What are the disadvantages of a late BREP renewal?

If you plan to pay the BREP, just want to do it after the renewal date, the only disadvantage is that if the BREP percentage is changed, then the new percentage will be applied for the missed period as well. Otherwise I think there are no financial consequences.
Also no technical consequences come into my mind.

While BREP is not active, some restrictions come into play - you cannot change the license (add any add-ons there, or add any more users) - think of license like frozen.
