Role centre Dashboard Que filtered by user/department

Hi Everyone
Is there a way to create one dashboard for all users however each user based on their department get a filtered view of the que or highlight? Can responsibility centres work in this scenario?

    You'd have to create a custom role center or multiple custom ones. Its definitely possible but not out of the box. This article has more info - Creating and Customizing Cues - Business Central | Microsoft Learn
     
    Responsibility centers will not help with this and are more geared towards other things. You can use responsibility centers to group users by the department they need to use, and that's how the custom role center will know what cues each use needs to see, but its not something I'd do. It would be much simpler to group the users/departments by the profiles they use. Responsibility centers are used in other places (i.e. what purchase/sales documents users see), so then you'd have that functionality interfering.
