Inquiry About Error on Purchase Order Invoice Screen in AX2012 R3

** I am using a translator as I am not fluent in English. Thank you for your understanding.

I have a question regarding an issue observed in AX2012 R3.
When selecting 11 lines in a purchase order and clicking the invoice button, the "Line net amount" field displays a value.
However, when selecting 12 lines and clicking the invoice button, the "Line net amount" field does not display any value.
It seems there is an issue depending on the number of selected data lines(PuchId).
What aspects should I check regarding this issue?
Is there a hotfix available for this?

Sharing Findings from the Development Team

In the server configuration, there is a setting for "Maximum buffer size."
We tested this by doubling the value (48kb → 96kb).
After doubling it, the number of selectable lines nearly doubled as well.

    Maximum buffer size: 48kb
11 lines: success, 12 lines: fail

    Maximum buffer size: 96kb
23 lines: success, 24 lines: fail

Afterward, we reverted the "Maximum buffer size" back to 48kb.
When tested again after reverting, the number of selectable lines returned to 11.

Is it true that "Maximum buffer size" has an effect?
Is there a fundamental solution to this issue beyond adjusting the "Maximum buffer size"?

    Hi Jonas,

The same error occurs when tested at another client site.
(They are also using AX2012 R3.)
At that client site, the amount is displayed for 9 lines, but not for 10 lines.
However, when more lines (around 15 lines) are selected, the amount is displayed for some of the lower lines.
This phenomenon is identical for the company we initially inquired about.
It is indeed a strange issue.
Additionally, when we asked the development team, they mentioned that debugging this issue is extremely challenging.

I've never seen this before... This is really odd.
There is no mention of this in LCS when I search for AX2012, so I highly doubt there is a hotfix available.

Unless there is something going on with the last line (*45998), your best bet is to ask a developer or your vendor to debug this issue.
