Assignee does not hold the required read ... (5)2}(ld={3}) is missing {0} privilege on {1} entity(OTC= {4)). Consider adding missing privilege to one of the {5} {2} roles for the request to succeed.

Error when user tries to assign case, assignee is holding read rights at org level but still getting error

Please share the full error message, especially the part: "missing {0} privilege on {1} entity(OTC= {4))", I am thinking user might miss related entity read privilege.

Security role not working as per design

I am having the same error code when trying to qualify a lead to opportunity. All Permissions have been granted that should enable the lead to opportunity business process. Expanded details provides - Even though I am a system admin.

UPDATE: I added and activated the Lead to Opportunity Business Process and found that a custom workflow I had installed a long time ago had an error. When i deactivated the old workflow the lead to opportunity started to work.
