Is it correct that the placeholder list in the workflow is determined using a query? If so, I assume that the query “VendBankAccountChangeProposalWorkflowQuery” is also used for the workflow “Workflow approval for proposed vendor change.”
The list of placeholders displays system fields such as CreatedBy and CreatedDateTime, but not DataAreaId... Yet the fields CreatedBy, CreatedDateTime, and DataAreaId are also part of the query.
Why is the DataAreaId field not available in the placeholders?
