
Since upgrading to Business Central SaaS version 28.1, we are experiencing an issue where Job Queue Entries remain stuck in “Ready” status and are no longer being executed.
This behavior affects all background processes, including Shopify synchronization tasks, which are no longer running as expected.
No errors are displayed in the Job Queue Log Entries, and the entries appear as if they are correctly scheduled, but they are simply never picked up for execution.
At this stage, it seems like the background task execution / scheduling mechanism is not triggering anymore after the upgrade.
Has anyone else experienced this behavior in version 28.1, or is there any known issue or workaround?
