I am attempting to recover my locked outlook account, but I no longer have access to the email address I initially used for verification. I have already filled out the recovery form multiple times, but each time has been unsuccessful, despite providing all the correct information in the form, I am still being denied access. Why is this happening as I have all the correct information on the form.
