Sales Order – How to archive and hide after full invoicing

ould you please explain how to archive a sales order and have it automatically disappear from the list once it is fully invoiced?

    Sales Order – How to archive and hide after full invoicing
     

    Use Filters or Workspaces to hide the invoiced sales orders 

    • In the All sales orders list page, apply a filter to exclude orders with status = Invoiced.

    • Save this as a personalized view or workspace so users only see Open or Active orders.

    • This is the quickest way to “hide” invoiced orders without customization

    Otherwise enable the following feature Archive with dataverse long term retention to archive the Sales orders.
