When I created a sales order, I didn’t fill out the customer requested ship date. Now that the SO is created, I need to update this date for all the SO lines. In the Delivery tab (as shown in the screenshot below), I can only update one SO line at a time. If I have 50 SO lines, this method is very inefficient. Is there an option that allows me to change the customer requested ship date once so that it applies to all SO lines? Thank you!
On the Accounts receivable parameters, you can go to the Updates tab page. Then in Order lines click on the link Update order lines. You can then configure what to do in case of changes for e.g. the Ship and receipt dates. There is a choice between Never, Always, and Prompt. In this example, the setting is Prompt.
If you open the header fast tab or go to the header view, you can update the requested ship date. A popup will then appear that asks you to update the lines accordingly. In case of the setting Always, there will be no dialog, it will go ahead an update all the lines for the order.
