2I have a journey that filters out contacts who are associated with an item where the associated date is in the past. The date field is formatted as MM/dd/yyyy.
In the segment I am using, all contacts should be associated with items that have a future date. However, the journey is filtering out approximately 20% of these contacts, even though their associated item has a future date.
I am trying to determine why these contacts are being excluded when the date associated with their item is in the future. Could this be related to how the date field is being interpreted or compared within the journey/segment?
