I have turned off Form Fill Assistance for the Org. When I go to Sales Team Member in Dynamics 365, and create a new shipment in the form, the field is empty as it should be. But other users are getting a default value. They have cleared all cache multiple times and have tried other browsers with the same result. Any suggestions?
Check the field details, maybe there is a default associated with it.
Also check for the business rule maybe the is a Business Rule associated with that field that is setting a default value.
