Please give me advise on D365 F&O Pre-Sales. How is the career for Pre-Sales D365 F&O Consultant. What I need to learn, as of now, I have 5+ years of experience in D365 Functional F&O.

Advise required on D365 F&O Pre-sales

Hi Dharmateja,

I do assume you are asking about the Pre-Sales consultant. As a Pre-Sales consultant, next to good functional knowledge of the application, you would need to have some soft skills to be able to understand the customer's processes and respond to this with realistic answers and promises. Ask questions to the client so you understand their exact needs. Your functional knowledge of the application will help with feature demos and the way you can explain how the process works in the application.
