Hi all, when trying to send a test email in real-time marketing a number of users are receiving the below error. This only occurs when a test contact is selected in the audience field below.
When I try from my account it works fine but I think this is because I'm an admin, so I'm assuming that the issue is related to security permissions, just not sure which one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Same here. And now I'm getting an error message when I try to publish a Journey. It keeps saying try again later. Something major going on here that better be resoved quickly!
The issue you describe may stem from insufficient security permissions granted to non-admin users when attempting to send test emails in real-time marketing. Since it works uno online fine for admins, it is likely that the issue is related to the lack of specific privileges that allow access to test contacts in the audience field. Permissions related to managing or viewing contacts, as well as sending emails, may need to be reviewed and adjusted for affected users. Verifying the role and ensuring that the necessary privileges, such as "Send Email" and "Access Marketing List", are granted may resolve the issue.
This issue is most likely caused by missing privileges on some related content within the email, for instance content from records where the user does not have read access.
