Contact Center (Copilot service workspace App) Dashboards

I can't understand why there is 2 tabs with the same content in Copilot service workspace App. And how can I edit or remove some of the dashboards inside it! Screenshot is attached

    This behavior is expected in the Copilot Service Workspace (Contact Center) app.
    Why two dashboard tabs are shown
    The two tabs come from two different dashboard layers:
    1. One tab is the workspace/home dashboard that is pinned at the app level.
    2. When you click Dashboards, the app loads the classic system dashboard canvas, which creates another dashboard tab along with the dashboard selector.
    If both point to the same dashboard, it appears duplicated. This is by design in the Copilot Service Workspace
     
    About system dashboards
    The dashboards you’re referring to (for example, Customer Service Manager, Omnichannel Ongoing Conversations, etc.) are OOB system dashboards provided by Microsoft.
    • They cannot be deleted
    • They cannot be edited or updated
    • They can be unchecked/removed from the app using App Designer (From Classic ) (this only controls visibility in the app)

      Before and After Removing system dasboard :

    Uncheck the dashboard you don’t want to show then save and Publish:

    How to customize
    If you need customization:
    1. Create a custom dashboard (or use Save As on an existing one)
    1.  
    1. Add the custom dashboard to the Copilot Service Workspace via App Designer by Checking the option

    This is the supported and recommended approach.
