The recall option is not working in the workflow Teams approval of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. When attempting to use the recall option, it fails to perform any action and does not provide any error messages.
“When the customer approves an action, it works as expected. However, when they try to use the Recall option, it does not respond or display any error message, and the status remains as ‘Approved.’”
