Error starting Microsoft Dynamics NAV - 2015

How do you resolve this error message that pops up when starting MS NAV 2015 - 'The server "PRDNAVLive" was unable to process the request. The application will close.

    Hello,

    there can be a lot of issues that are related to this error.
     
    Try to ping your server, check event viewer, check NAV services, check SQL server connection, firewall...
     
    After you have additional information you can write again and I will be happy if I can help.
