How do you resolve this error message that pops up when starting MS NAV 2015 - 'The server "PRDNAVLive" was unable to process the request. The application will close.
there can be a lot of issues that are related to this error.
Try to ping your server, check event viewer, check NAV services, check SQL server connection, firewall...
