We switched from Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement plan to Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise Edition, but I (and neither all my colleagues) can't access our Dynamics page. Error Code: orgIsDisabled
It is true that our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan subscription has expired for some time, but the keys for the Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise Edition subscription in the new subscription have not been activated. We did this yesterday but we can't access the site. Can you advise what the solution might be so that we can access our CRM again? Thank you in advance.
