I need to change the menu item on a form that's part of the 'PersonnelManagement' system and extended by the 'Leave' model. I want it to point to my custom form instead of the default one, but I can’t find a way to extend this further. Can anyone help?

See the SS below in the highlighted area I need to change the menu from system menu to my menu and these elements are added in the form extension by Leave model.

You need to create the original form, but you'll see other extensions there if your model has a reference to models with those extensions.

Hi Arabic translation,

This is a nasty one. You can't extend a form extension, you can only extend the original form. Can you tell us why you have new custom forms instead of extending the standard Leave forms? If you explain the full requirement from a functional point of view, we can think along with you for the best approach.
