Business Central 24.0 Webserver Instance

Hi,
I have a task to create two Business Central Server and Webserver Instances.
I have successfully created two Server Instances that are BC240 and BC240_Test.

The issue arises when I try to create the second Webserver instance that is pointing to BC240_Test. The Business Central 24.0 PowerShell is creating the Webserver Instance of version 14.0.X. Earlier it was creating of version 11.0.X and I uninstalled NAV2018 and then it started creating of version 14.0.X.

The command I am using is:
New-NAVWebServerInstance -WebServerInstance BC240_Test -Server localhost -ServerInstance BC240_Test -ClientServicesCredentialType Windows -ClientServicesPort 24146
NOTE I have tried executing the command on BC24 admin shell and as well as Importing NAVAdminTool.ps1 on PowerShell ISE.
