I've compared my lists for clicked email links against opened emails and over half the people from the first list aren't showing in the opened emails list.
Please check your email tracking settings in Dynamics CRM. Make sure you have enabled tracking for both email opens and link clicks.
Email opens are typically tracked using a small invisible pixel image, while link clicks are tracked through redirected URLs. The open tracking pixel may be blocked by some email clients or security settings, while link clicks can still be recorded.
Email previews in some clients may trigger the open tracking without the recipient actually opening the email fully
