How to download a template for Data import in XML when option is XLS?!

Hi! I am trying to using the 'templates for data import' functionality for Quote Products to later use the import function to refresh the list of products in a particular quote but the download is in XLS and not supported as a import file! 
What are we missing?

    Hello User,
     
    For old Settings..just go to the Power apps then click on the ⚙️ icon and then advance settings. Then follow below steps for downloading the Import Templates.
