Hi everyone,
I’m trying to understand the difference between Copilot and AI Agents in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
With Microsoft’s recent AI updates, I’m seeing a lot of discussions around autonomous agents and Copilot capabilities, but I’m still a bit confused about how they differ in real business scenarios.
From my understanding, Copilot mainly assists users with suggestions and productivity tasks, while AI Agents may automate workflows and actions independently.
Is that correct?
Can anyone share simple examples or explain where businesses would use Copilot vs AI Agents in Business Central?
Looking forward to your insights!
