I’ve created several content blocks in D365 CRM for email use. Our brand relies heavily on black and white, and initially the emails adjusted correctly when opened in light or dark mode.
At some point, some of the content blocks stopped adapting to dark mode, even though I haven’t made any changes to the blocks or the code. I’ve attached images showing how it worked before and how it looks now.
Does anyone know how emails sent from D365 CRM handle light and dark mode in clients like Outlook and Gmail?
