Data Enrichment Agent enabled but failing to trigger/enrich data in D365 Sales Premium

Hi everyone,
I am deploying the new Autonomous AI Sales Agents for our lead-to-invoice pipeline. We have the Dynamics 365 Sales Premium license, and I have successfully enabled the Data Enrichment Agent in the Copilot settings.
However, the agent is completely failing to execute.
According to the documentation, it should analyze linked emails every 4 hours to suggest new stakeholders and enrich the opportunity record. We have active, open opportunities with active email threads, but the Data Enrichment suggestions pane remains empty and no untracked emails are being flagged in the timeline.
Our downstream routing relies on this enriched data to gate the Sales Opportunity and Sales Close agents, so this failure is breaking our entire automated pipeline.
Has anyone else experienced the Data Enrichment agent silently failing to run despite being turned on?
* Do I need to force a specific Server-Side Synchronization setting?
* Are there hidden Exchange/mailbox permissions the agent needs to read the threads?
* Is there a known delay longer than the documented 4 hours for newly created sandbox/production environments?
Any troubleshooting steps or undocumented prerequisites would be hugely appreciated!

    Hi,

    1. Force a specific Server-Side Synchronization setting?
No, no undocumented SSS switch is required for Data Enrichment itself. Normal mailbox sync (incoming/outgoing = Success) is the prerequisite.
    2. Hidden Exchange/mailbox permissions needed?
No hidden permissions documented. Standard mailbox approval, test-enable, and per-seller email-reading consent are the only requirements.
    3. Known delay longer than 4 hours for new sandbox/production environments?
No Microsoft docs do not mention any extended warm-up delay beyond the documented 4-hour analysis cadence.
    Hope that’s helpful
