In NJ we have misc state deductions. FL, NJ SUI, NJ SDI and WFD. Just like NJ state tax they should be calculated after TSA deductions.
We had an issue when a garnishment was deducted before these deductions and at the end of the year the employee was under withheld.
We added them to the sequence table to be deducted first. But now we have noticed that they are being deducted prior to the 401k deduction. The 401K is setup as TSA.
Shouldn't all TSA deductions be deducted prior to misc deductions?
