Hi

My admin account is being denied access to any of our Dynamic Environments.  It as asked me to sign in and confirm my identity through MFA, but still doesn't let me access.  This only started recently, in the last couple of days but nothing as changed with my account...

Any ideas??

Okay, I did not expect the new admin interface to work when you receive this login error.
Do you also get the error if you click on "Dynamics 365" and "Sales Hub", like this:

    Hi,

I am using InPrivate at the moment to access the environments

Looks fine to me. If you can run the diagnostics with all green flags in the diagnostics, and all blue in the app access checker, then I'd expect it to work.

Last question: Have you tried using incognito/inprivate mode in your browser, and navigated to the root of the CRM environment?

Okay this is odd... It might be because you are not part of a team in CRM, but let's see...

1: Have you run diagnostics from PPAC? Here I'm interesting in the Access mode, it should be Read-Write

2: Do you get any advice from the app access checker?

    Hi,

Thank you both for your responses.

I can confirm that my account is enabled in Azure and when checking Security roles the account does have the System Administrator role assigned

I can access the apps via the 'InPrivate' route...

    Hi Chris,

Is this an on-premise D365 CRM or D365 cloud CRM?
Judging from the URL it might be a cloud CRM.

If so, do you have access to the Power Platform Admin Center? Then you can check the rights of your user.

Admin Account Denied Access to Dynamics 365

The error suggests that your admin account might be disabled, unlicensed, or lacking proper security roles in Dynamics 365. Follow these steps to regain access:

    1. Verify User Status in Azure AD

    • Go to Azure AD Admin Center (portal.azure.com).
    • Navigate to Users → Search for your account.
    • Ensure the account is enabled and assigned the correct roles.

    2. Check Dynamics 365 Licensing

    • In Microsoft 365 Admin Center (admin.microsoft.com):
      • Go to Users → Active users.
      • Select your account and verify if a Dynamics 365 license is assigned.
      • If missing, reassign the required Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) or Finance & Operations (F&O) license.

    3. Reassign System Administrator Role in Dynamics

    • Ask another Global Admin or Dynamics Admin to:
      • Go to Power Platform Admin Center (admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com).
      • Select Environments → Choose the environment.
      • Click Settings → Users + Permissions → Users.
      • Find your account and assign "System Administrator" security role

    4. Clear Cache & Try Different Browser

    • Clear browser cache & cookies or try Incognito Mode.
    • Test login from a different browser or device.

    5. Check for Conditional Access Policies (CAPs)

    • In Azure AD, go to Security → Conditional Access.
    • Ensure no policy is blocking access based on location, device, or MFA status.

    6. Reset MFA or Login Credentials (If Required)
