Email deduplication within a journey with several branches

I would like to ask for assistance if anyone has encountered a similar issue. It is about email deduplication in Customer Insights Journey.
I have activated the email deduplication feature which prevents sending same email to more contacts that share the same email address. However, as Microsoft states this will not work in the case when within a journey there is branching included.

In my case specifically, I have a journey that includes 5 branches for 5 different languages and 5 emails for each language with the same content. Depending which language the contact has, he will receive the email in that language. The problem is that there exist duplicate contacts with same email address, but different language and in this case on the same email address will be sent for example emails in 2 different languages. I would like to prevent this from happening.

I saw that there is an option to do email tile with language variants, but I have not been able to find this option within Customer Insights Journey. Could someone help me with this?

    I am not sure if that will work but have you tried Conditional Content Blocks? You can set the conditions on the block for the language. In case of multiple language per Contact, set the default language.
     
     

     
     
    Instead of branching and creating separate emails for each language in your journey, you can use conditional content blocks within a single email tile in your journey.
     
    I am very curious to see if that will work!
