Project Service - Project Approval tab is not working

Hi, we've identified an error occurring when some users attempt to approve expenses in Project Service Dynamics 365. The approved expense still shows as 'Submitted', or the approve button is missing. We've attached a snapshot of the error below.

    Can you provide a new screenshot? Can't see anything wrong with the existing ones.
    This button does not appear when selecting a record?
    You can use Command checker to check all rules about it.
