request for clarification regarding deactivation of crm and dynamics access

i am writing to formally request clarification regarding the deactivation of my access to the cram and dynamics system, especially since i am still actively, working and have notified of any violations, issues, or complaints performance 
  
i would like to emphasize that i have been performing my duties un full compliance with company policies and procedures and y have not received any warnings, complaints, or negative feedback from customers, colleagues or management
 
. therefore, this sudden suspension of my system access is unclear and directly impacting my ability to perform my job effectively 
 
accordingly, i kindly request your support to clarify 
 
 
. the reason for disabling my system access 
 
. whether there are any concerns reports or action related to my account that have not been informed about 
 
.the required steps to have my access restored as soon ass possible
 
thank you for cooperation and understanding
