in Df365 , i cannot access as Administrator on System Administrator -> Sql Execute Query

it always give me

this role ,i deleted it and put it back

This isn't a standard part of F&O. It's either a customization of your company, or done by a partner, and there is a bug. Ask developers to debug the problem and create a fix.
