We have 2 service users when they add a line to a Service Quote they do not see the line added, but do after they hit the refresh option on the top right of the D365 screen.
Clearing their cache and personalizations did not work. We use HSO Service Mgt integrated in D365.
This only affects 2 users but it is a quirky nuisance for them. We are not sure how to proceed here. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
