Guides missing from environment

Posted on by
I have a guides license for the next 8 months.  I have been using the same environment for the last year.  Today, I login into my Guides app and it is asking for me to sign up.  I use the same credentials and now all of my guides are gone.
I did notice that in my environemts dashboard  that it had (Trial expires in 26 days) which is new and I know that we have this environment for a long time.
Question:  Are my guides gone?  Anyone know what or why this could have happened?

It sounds like a concerning situation with your Guides app. The sudden request to sign up again and the disappearance of your guides can be alarming. It's possible that there might have been a glitch or a change in the app's system that affected your account and environment. I recommend reaching out to the app's support team as soon as possible to explain the issue and see if they can help recover your guides or provide insight into what might have caused this unexpected change.

    Hi,
    Sure it's the same environment?
You mentioned a trial environment, and it's only for 30 days.
